About Us
Founded in 2020, Kids Plus began as a small, local service supporting families through the uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic. During a time of homeschooling, disrupted routines, and social isolation, we recognised the need for consistent, high-quality, 1:1 support for children and their families.

From the very beginning, Kids Plus was built on a commitment to personalised care. We focused on providing consistent Support Workers, fostering meaningful relationships, and delivering truly person-centred supports tailored to each individual’s needs, goals, and circumstances. Families were looking for reliability, connection, and understanding - and that is what we set out to provide.

Since 2020, Kids Plus has grown into a trusted NDIS-registered provider employing over 20 dedicated Support Workers across North East Victoria. While we have expanded our services to include school holiday programs, group activities, adult supports, and community participation programs, our core values remain unchanged.

We continue to deliver high-quality 1:1 supports alongside structured programs for both children and adults with disability. Our team works collaboratively with participants, families, and support coordinators to ensure services are flexible, responsive, and aligned with individual goals.
