Who is eligible for disability support through Kids Plus?
Individuals with an approved NDIS plan that includes budget categories such as Core Supports or Capacity Building are generally eligible for our services. We work closely with participants and their families to ensure our support workers are appropriately matched to the goals outlined in your specific plan. Please refer to our registered line items for information on what funding can be accessed by us.
How do you select your disability support workers?
All our workers undergo a screening process, including mandatory NDIS worker screening checks, comprehensive police clearances, and values-based interviews. We look for professionals who demonstrate genuine compassion, reliability, and technical expertise in disability care.
Can I choose my own support worker from your team?
Yes, we strongly believe in participant choice and control. We present potential matches based on skills and shared interests, and we encourage meet-and-greet sessions to ensure you feel comfortable and empowered with the support worker who will be entering your home.
Where are your services currently available?
Kids Plus provides support across North East Victoria. We may be able to extend our service area; please contact us with your location details, and we will confirm our capacity to provide services in your area.
Do you provide allied health services?
Unfortunately, we do not offer allied health services (OT's, Speech, Physio, etc.). If you are in need of sourcing these services, feel free to reach out, and we can provide you with a list of local allied health services.
